vegan, gluten-free
Ingredients
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup gluten-free flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp & 1/8 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup coconut palm sugar
2 packets stevia
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 pumpkin spice
6 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp almond milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Combine wet ingredients and mix into dry. Add chip and stir. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.
