Chickpea Hummus

vegan, soy-free, gluten-free

Ingredients

1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, minced
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp of cumin
1/3 cup of liquid from garbanzo beans

Drain the garbanzo beans and reserve 1/3 cup of the liquid.  Put beans, olive oil, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin in food processor and process.  As it is running, add liquid from beans until you reach the desired consistency.   Taste and adjust seasoning.
